This feature was called ""Glubokaya,"" meaning ""Deep"" by Captain Lutke (1836, p. 298), Imperial Russian Navy (IRN). The name was changed to ""Partov Cove"" in 1938 by U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS)." |
