|History:||Ingalik Indian village located at its present site about 1925, previously was situated several miles up the South Fork (Hosley, 1961, p. 95). In 1960 Hosley reported the village consisted of 12 cabins, 2 school buildings, and a Greek Catholic-Russian Orthodox church. The old village site up-river is now called "Old Nikolai."|
