This point was first named ""Mys Otrubistoy,"" from ""Otrub,"" meaning ""cape of a surface of a piece cut off,"" in 1839 or 1840 by Murashev. Baker (1906, p. 139) published ""Bluff Cape"" as the translation of Murashev's name." |
